Shipments within Greece are made with delivery time within 3-5 working days.
All domestic shipments are made in cooperation with third-party couriers.
The cost of the simple shipment is € 4.50, while cash on delivery is not available at this moment.
For orders over 190 € , shipping is free.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to any foreign countries.

What happens in case of receipt of defected jewelry.
In case a piece of jewelry is sent with a defect, is damaged during shipment or shows a defect within 10 calendar days from its shipment receipt, we replace it or repair it, taking full responsibility.

Once we receive the defective product, we replace it within 3-5 working days.
If not available you will receive an email informing you of the delivery date
(maximum delay time is 30 business days).

Return Policy
The company provides the opportunity to change one piece of jewelry with another within 10 days from the date of receipt.
A basic condition for the change is that the jewelry is in the same condition in which you receive it and has not been worn. Send the jewelry for change and the purchase receipt or change card to our store:

The company covers the following cases:
– Change of Choice
In this case, after we receive the product and it meets the above conditions, you will receive by e-mail the discount coupon code of equal value of the jewelry you wish to change.
Then place a new order with the product you want and fill in the discount coupon code .
Shipping costs for the whole process are your charge.
If you are able to come to the store to make the change, the shipping cost process is omitted.
– Change of Wrong Order
In this case, after we receive the product and it meets the above conditions, you will be sent the correct order within 5 working days.

Money returns.
Yes, you can return the jewelry (s) you bought from our online store www.kivotosjewelry.com and get your money back. For more information you will refer to the section “Right of Withdrawal” in the Terms of Use here.

In the case that the jewelry is not the same as the photo?
KivotosJewelry jewelry is handmade, so it is humanly impossible to be identical to those in the photo and the slightest differences are due to their human construction factor.
